Squash is a fast-paced indoor racquet sport played by two players (singles) or four players (doubles) in a four-walled court. The game involves striking a small rubber ball against the front wall, aiming to outmaneuver the opponent while keeping the ball within the court boundaries. Squash is known for its intense cardiovascular workout, improving agility, coordination, and endurance. It’s a great sport for all skill levels who are looking for a fun, competitive recreational experience.

At Lakeshore Sport & Fitness – Illinois Center, our squash program provides a top-tier experience for players of all levels. Our facilities and programming help you develop your skills, stay active, and enjoy the social and competitive aspects of the game.
