With beautiful downtown Chicago as a backdrop, the Illinois Center full-sized indoor basketball court provides a dramatic setting for your next game of pickup basketball. Our lovingly restored court is the best in the Loop, making it the perfect location for shooting a few quick baskets before work, during lunch, or in the afternoon. We host everything from shootarounds and monitored open runs to our weekly basketball league.
Open Play Basketball
Want to make basketball a part of your weekly workout routine? Join us for supervised basketball games every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5-8pm. Enjoy some friendly competition with full-court organized basketball games. The LSF basketball staff sets up the scoreboard and shot clock for members and their guests. Everyone who signs up at the scorer’s table gets a chance to play. This is a terrific way to get your workout in and enjoy the game.
Private & Semi-Private Basketball Lessons for Children & Adults
Want to learn the basics of the game? Need work on free throws, layups, or that 3-point jump shot? Our certified instructors are ready to instruct students from four years old to adults. Learn all the nuances of the game, including shot technique, dribbling, passing, etc. Choose from private lessons for more individualized attention, or arrange a semi-private group (2-6 players) for a more cost-effective option.
